Sense of Touch

Painted in July 2023 using the artist Ruaidhri Ryan as photographic model, selected for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. It sold on the first day. The Theme was Only Connect. There is a connection between the sense of touch in the everyday action of buttoning a shirt and the equivalence achieved in the touch of paint brush on board.
